The lady at the reception during the day went beyond the call of duty to help me get a ring off my very swollen finger. She also showed us to the bus station for a trip to the waterfall. Communication worked very well using a translation app on the cell phones. Without her, it would have been just another very nice hotel, but she really is the icing on the cake. The hotel is within walking distance to the busy main shopping road and the river, yet nights are quiet.

Location was great and the staff exceptional. With the help of google translate, we were able to organise a driver to take us out for the day to see the wonderful geological sites, all for a reasonable fee. Nothing seems too much for the staff.

The stuff is super nice even though the didn’t speak English they helped us with everything we asked for, the room including the bathroom was spacious and very comfortable.

Good Location and easy access to eatery places, supermarket, park..etc. If you are travelling on a motorcycle, there is also a secured parking at their garage.

Rooms are clean and nice. Comfortable bed. Good location. We walked around and had good breakfast near hotel. Staffs can not speak English but they are very helpful. We use google translate. A lot of parking space.
